Available for Demolition: Call for customized pricing. Charged at roughly $150/hour, depending on location.

Permission Fees: Permission fees are waived if the dumpster can be positioned off the street. If the sole choice is to place it on a city street, the city will charge a permit fee.

Minnesota Solid Waste Tax:

.60 per cubic yard, Ex. 15yd = $9, 20yd = $12, 30yd = $18, 40yd = $24

If a multiple drop site (pick up & returns), no drop fee on that site after the 1st Drop.

No Other Tax, Not Renting Dumpsters

Landfill charges:

The following all go to La Crosse City landfill. (Weight ticket included, not extra fees)

Mixed loads $64/ton
Demolition $64/ton
Wood - pallets and untreated lumber (clean wood)-recycled and used. for energy at Xcel $33/ton
Concrete- poured concrete slabs and forms only.

- No block, dirt, bricks pavers or any type of painted materials

- Recycled for La Crosse City Hwy Dept. $5.00/load

**Concrete loads that are mixed with cinder block and brick cannot be taken to the clean concrete site, they will have to be taken to the demolition site, which will be a disposal fee of $64/ton

Metal - Local metal recycler -price paid at current iron age pricing-paid to contractor. (Per Runde Metals)
Cardboard/paper - Recycled at local recyclers
